This has to be one of the worst places I’ve been to. I waited about 30 minutes for just two slices of pizza and fries. When my food finally came, I asked for ketchup for my fries. The employee wasn’t even sure if they had any ketchup and said they’d check, but never came back with an answer. I stood there waiting for about a minute before giving up and going back to my table to eat. I’m not from the area, and I came here because of the good reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Hopefully they can improve their customer service and wait times in the future.

The pizza at Nick’s is good, but their delivery service leaves a lot to be desired. Orders frequently arrive very late, and the last time I ordered, I never received my pizza at all. I placed the order through Slice, and it was delivered to the wrong address because they confused “Street” with “Court.” Despite the delivery error, they refused to provide a refund. Unfortunately, there are much better and more reliable options elsewhere.

This is actually a 1 star review due to lack of attention to my order and it’s special instructions. The attention to details is what makes the difference between average and top tier. This review has nothing to do with customer service or the food. My order was a 14 inch Veggie pizza with special instructions for “light” cheese and extra sauce. The pizza I picked up was loaded down with cheese. I picked up before closing and when I called and spoke with the young lady they were already closed by that time. I am also a business owner and because of this I kept the 5 stars intact to keep the positive algorithm and not affect your business reputation. Im a little perturbed because we didn’t get to eat last night and had to give pizza away.

First time going and ordering from there. Used the slice app and it was easy to use. I was an hr late getting my food due to my own stuff but the guys there were super nice with everything and understanding. I ordered the chicken tenders, medium pepperoni, and two jumbo cheese slices. Everything was great! I would definitely go back.

This may be the best pizza I have ever eaten! Smothered in perfectly melted cheese with a thin floppy crust you can fold over and eat. In my Margarita, the large, thinly sliced tomatoes and basil were buried in the cheese topping. Yum. My husband's Sausage & Pepper was loaded with soft green and red pepper strips and plenty of sausage, and of course that perfectly melted delicious cheese! Not a low-cal pizza, for sure, but the most satisfying, floppy, cheesey pizza you'll ever love. Nick knows what he's doing! If we can pull ourselves away from the pizzas, we'll be trying some of the entrees next. (They even have a catering menu if you need to take a fabulous dish to a party.)
